We are a non-profit organization with a mission to challenge assumptions and stereotypes about career pathways in STEM through personalized coaching and resources that empower individuals from underrepresented and minoritized groups in STEM to build a fulfilling career path.

Our Vision is that every individual interested in pursuing a career in STEM has the tools, resources, and support to feel confident in defining their unique career pathway.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, your donation to STEMpowerment Coaching, Inc. is tax-deductible. Your support will allow us to provide students from underrepresented communities with additional resources and opportunities needed to successfully navigate their careers in STEM fields. Your donations can help us continue this important work and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

All donations will fund day-to-day business operations, outreach activities and scholarships for one-on-one coaching services. We are committed to using donations in a responsible and accountable manner.
